I did sand the edges so the edge isn't sharp but I may take just a tiny bit more off, the edge is smooth.

btw The next time I sand this stuff I'll look like Darth Vader.

Well it turned out OK. Shell laminate on 1/16" wood with blue plastic liners.

The shell stinks when sanding, like having teeth drilled, yuk.
