I agree with you Kees, I just liked the idea of an all natural honing progression starting with the höyläkivi/kuntaliitoskivi and then pehaps a BBW/Coticule.

glued to another stone (what type I don't know) with an grit size comparable to 4000 grit emery paper.... -
