I have many good hones which look like and behive like known hones but unless I am at least 95% sure I would not call them those names. As with the example I used I call them...

I have no problem with the quality of the hone. I have problem with the name.

Would you call a piece of rock which looks has simmilar properties to e.g Escher hone Escher? Or something else?
