Have you been able to get hold of real linen webbing? I am still interested so if you would let me know how to get it I would be very grateful.

Yesterday I have been advised by Needle and Thread that their 3' real linen girth webbing is no longer available.

It has been mentioned before here that real linen has better abrasive qualities than cotton or hemp which are used nowadays for strops.
That is why I have been looking for a source. Hard to find as...
