Put in dimensions from a benchmark point (like the tip of the tang) to all of the features vertically- just like you already did for the horizontal ones.

Oh and for some reason- the dimension in the top view from tang-tip to centerline of the pin hole is 2.172, yet in the front view the dimension from tang tip to centermark of the pin hole is 2.177....

Good news- on the tiny rounds and fillets- at the toe, at the point between the two thumb notches, etc- you don't have to dimension the location, just the radius- assuming that they're smoothed into...

BTW- Good luck. CAD is one of my favourite and least favourite aspects of design- when it's cooperating everything is great when it runs into issues then I want to break my computer.
