Steve Dempster states (or at least when I picked up mine) on his site that he's got some "old" stock. Presumably better, but I have no experience with other wapis.

I've got one of those, from Steve Dempster at the invisible edge. It's a nice razor and it's got an sfm mark. The thing gives me a good shave. ;)
