If you win twice the bet when you win, have a roughly .5 chance of winning (keep in mind it's not .5, as there's also the green 0 ;)) and enough buffer to go on, doubling your loss in the losing...

Just for the sake of your relationship and enjoying your anniversary: Keep in mind that you'll lose all of the money you're willing to bet. Period. You will not win.
