The fire bowl is about 5" in diameter at the largest point, so pretty small really. The bell's diameter is about 9 inches and it is roughly a foot tall.

The flame was quite well contained and charcoal was even better. I have a number of resins that would work for scent addition as well though the towel will probably not get much as the smoke is...

Wood fire in that picture. I will test coals after I finish honing and it should work with sterno as well. The shape of the fire bowl directs the heat really well.
