It went away (eventually) with dactarin. Took ages though. So far it hasn't come back, but I'm being super vigilant.

Good thinking! Never thought of the belt because it doesn't touch the skin, but it definitely gets a bit sweaty. I think I'll go chuck it in the machine now.
