It just feels normal now - can't quite remember what the hot water shaving was like! (Just as well too - our kettle just died...)

I noticed you talking about the difference made by rubbing with your fingers. I face lather with my brush, so I've figured this isn't needed - but I might experiment a bit more.

I've been doing cold water shave for about a week now (I think).

Initially it didn't feel that great, but I think it is now getting much better. (Maybe even better than with hot water???).
