Hmmm. It looks just like a normal razor, apart from the grind missing on one side. I'm pretty sure it is for shaving with rather than for scientific or musical use.

I have a razor which is completely flat (unground) on one side of the blade and ground out (concave) on the other side.

Do I just hone and strop one side?
