Why do you think stainless steel is preferable for the gym as opposed to plastic etc? I can understand not wishing to take ivory etc, but why specifically stainless, and what are the many reasons?

They do look good, I admit, but it performs far better with lighter scales. I have heard that holes can be drilled in them to balance out, but this has never been confirmed and I have never seen...

I had both, and it definately handles better post steel. I find good balance to be important in a razor. Get them rescaled!
