    There is plenty of info on honing, it looks like the razor is already broken in so you should be able to touch up and not worry about bevel work.

    I do not know the brand but the razor looks well...

    I do not know the brand but the razor looks well ground and with not a lot fo honewear.
    Should make a good shaver
