I found some at Apex in Sun Valley California. It has square cutouts but there is plenty of area in the margin. I also went back to Max and they cut a foot off the brown micarta. So I am setup.

Do you have a source for the green pc board? Radio Shack no longer stocks it. Torrence Electronics stocks FR4 which is more yellow. I did find the brown micarta in a surplus yard 1/8" x 4foot x 10...
