Dominica is another one I've been meaning to try. So much good stuff out there to play with.

I haven't tried these other two but I love the Royall Bay Rhum as well as their Lime and Mandarin. For the Royall products I'd probably be hard pressed to rate the Lime or the Bay Rum as anything but...
