No its not the hones fault that one side appeared sharper than the other but what i did find that the razor was a long way from being sharp.

Just wanted to update everyone on what i have found so far. I had a look around at comparison chart for hones and it may be that the kasumi 3k/8k is not the same as a nortons 4k/8k...
