Do you guys think I would be better off just using POLY instead. I cant believe minwax and forsby has no tung oil in it. What is the point.

OK! I picked up some minwax tung oil on my way to work. How many coats do you usualy do? Also how many coats of wax?

I cut it on a band saw. I sut the scale shape first then I measured to the center of the scale. Then evenly out from the line. At the wendge 1mm to each side. At the pivot 4mm to each side. The scale...

Well on my way home i picked up a piece of wood. They did not have any exotic wood but i saw a nice piece of cherry. I hope it will be ok. I cut 2 sets.
