    I agree and was planning on spending a lot of time to do it correctly but if mainaman will hone it then that seems to be the better idea.

    Hone amount question.

    My grandfather gave me his old Henckels and I am trying to hone it but am having a problem. The bevel looks good but wont cut hair well. I am using the 4000/8000 norton stone and it wont pass the HHT...
