The pinning is straight forward. The washers are solid brass turned on a lathe. They have a 1/16 hole and a slight counter sink to peen the pin into.

Here is the latest razor that I put together. The blade is O1 the jimps are wire wrap, the scales are cow bone. This is pretty hollow for an 8/8 smiling blade. Thanks again to Bob Allman @ OCD razors...
