Made some tear and share garlic bread last weekend. Served as a side to some spaghetti Bolognese. Seemed to go down well with everyone except the boy. But I think he was having a picky day.

The kids and I made some Scottish morning rolls today.

Nothing ever comes out even when they 'help', but they do come out tasty. I had one with some tuna, was grand, the others will get burgers...

No bread 😞

Went to get some flour the pther day and found weevils in it. Checked all the flours. All had weevils, had to chuck it all out..

Will be buying airtight containers for my flour.

Hmmm. The dough was a bit tackier than I thought right. So might adjust that next batch, also think Ill split it over 2 trays and this time i won't let my 3 year old poke any of them 😂

The recipe mentioned weight.to be honest i think this is more to do with spacing and tray size 😂

My wife and Inhave decided to start making our own bread from now on. Partly because we were having a lot of wastage. So will be making some rolls tonight me thinks for lunches etc.
