When I was a teenager our neighbours wife had this little old cairn terrier. Her husband then got a Rottweiler puppy.

That terrier wasn't slow in asserting it's dominamce. And thelat Rottweiler...

Concensus in Scotland at least is labrador retrievers. They cope well with the combination of rough water and freezing temperatures.

Spaniels are by all accounts good on land, but siffer badly...

Alas no doggy here.

Had dogs as a kid growing up.

Hopefully getting into wildfowling this season, and hopefully next season looking at a working dog.
