Ok, i have finished cleaning the blade. I have managed to save the etching. Unfortunately some shallow pitting left, mostly on etched side. I just glued in the wedge and i will peen that razor...

Thanks. Felt cone on a dremel is another idea. We'll see how it goes today :)

This is temporary wedge. I'll made proper one tomorrow. This black spot on the blade worries me. I'm not sure can i live with it :)
