While it does not have jimps, it does now come with a round point. I for one do not think either of those things makes the razor exceptional, as they are subjective. Just my opinion of course. :)

I know this is the "Hart Thread," but I honed the Solgen last night and shaved with it this morning. I loved it! I am a honing novice, but this thing basically sharpened itself....

Well, so far I have one shave on my Wacker and my Hart. So far Hart > Wacker, but I will keep you posted.

Well, I got to shave with it for the first time this morning and I was very pleased. I don't know how Hart prepares their edges, but I was surprised that right out of the box, without stropping,...

Also, it is listed as a 1/4 hollow, but this thing is very close to a wedge.
