This is certainly a man's brew! I need to get my hands on bottle. I plan on aging it for a while.

Ithaca Beer Company: Flower Power India Pale Ale.

If you like Citrusy/Hoppy IPA's, this is a very good one. Borrowed pic...sorry.

On that note, I just enjoyed a 90 minute IPA from Dogfish with a side shot of Buffalo Trace!

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA


This photo was used in the POTD thread as well, so don't mind the pipe.

Anyway, the 90 minute is a well balanced IPA for something with an alcohol % this high.

I occasionally make my own home brew because most of the brews available in my area are just not hoppy enough for me. I like 100+ IBUs!!

Thanks, I have a few dogfish glasses. I have to see "Beer Wars," but isn't it more about the big beer producers (Bud, Miller, etc.)?

Delicious balanced IPA and one of the coolest labels I've ever seen on a beer bottle.

Visited Three Floyds brewery about a year ago. Drank the Alpha King and the Panzer Wolf (I think that is what it was called). Three Floyds brews some of the best ales you will ever drink.
