I like to slice ripe tomatoes, then rough-chop some of our basil and parsley, mix it up with olive oil, garlic, parmesan and salt, and roast til nicely caramelized-it's a delicious summer side dish....

I love good pumpkin pie, but squash?! Being a Southern boy, my favorite way to cook squash is to coat it in a flour/cornmeal/salt and pepper mixture and fry it in grease-delicious!

Roy, sometimes excessive heat will prevent blossoms from fruiting. Haven't you hit 100 plus this week? Squash is pretty easy otherwise-that could be the problem? :shrug:

Funny, we got a big sack of zuchinni from the neighbors. My wife made a sort of zuchinni lasagna with it yesterday that I just knew I wouldn't like-it was fantastic (the woman can cook!)!
