To come close to the flavors of the Ethiopian brew, I bought and roasted Yirgacheffe beans to a light roast and when I get it right, the espresso or vac pot coffee is terrific. I have one roaster...

It took a few off brands of the product to force the original combination tool to a decent ergonomic standard. The later forms of the brand suited me better. YMMV
