You could have hard water. That could explain the difficulty using cold water with MWF. Try distilled water and see what you get as a result. I know it does seem strange buddy in the 18 eighties phew...

Jack, you're going to find a cold water shave beneficial. In my opinion, this system is designed for cold water shaving.
