the slurry on the lighter stone isnt of an ark every ark i have ever slurryed was white or off white the irregular spots to me looks to be staining and discolouration

yes an india stone is a solid color but i still think the lighter stone is a synthetic the slurry is a light brown or yellowish (gritty)

the darker stone looks to be a hard ark and the lighter stone could be a india stone
