Well, my razor got 50 on the fabric, 100 on the leather with the leaden strop. Same on unleaded strop.
Might be a bit better, not much. Think I did too little on my BH or went backwards with it. ...

Yeah, it seemed it was not doing much after a while. I think lightly sanding the lead will make it lay down the black better.
Indeed, sand over the bin, toss the scrap of sandpaper, wash-up,...

So unless you use a razor which needs a bit, how will you know it works, Phrank?
