The transmission shop in the opening photo belongs to my buddy. all the new neighborhoods North of him have caused him to flood twice in a year now. He never flooded before.

Just got this from a friend who has a fancy place on Lake Conroe below the dam.
After a release, this is their hot tub, swimming pool, and deck/boat dock.
All in the lake now. Their roof is...

I understand that they are going to have to release from Addicks and Barker reservoirs.

We are getting by fine. We were in-between the storm and the bands for most of the time. The time in -between the bands let the water go down so it could come back up....
