That might be fake Chinese, Dennis! Seems an old marketing ploy. A search will yield lots of examples. I think some had correct language. Most were gibberish!

Exactly why I have not touched this one. The grinding striations are there, not much pitting. I will probably fix the scales up and wash/oil it and leave it be. Or not! Gotta find some original...

Thanks, Pastor Jim! How's the Park Lane and the F1? Those scales are of brass which was once silver plated. Some silver remains on one side. It is the "perfect razor"! Shaves like a real good dream!...
