there is no way I could eat what passes as breakfast food for you lot. far too greasy. Kinda like licking a fat chicks ...:dropjaw:.... disgusting !

But to each...

dinner is either a tenderloin with spinach or bean burritos. I tend to stick with really high protein levels. That and living in china I have no faith at all in food safety.

But ya in short...

My daily breakfast is simple . 2 scoops whey protein, half cup rye oats, soy milk a banana a half cup cantaloupe, one raw egg mix it up and drink it down. MMMMM four times a day does a body good !
