Noxzema to me is a huge vat of Pre/post Prep cream or like Proraso - only a lot cheaper
Noxzema did make shaving cream at one time....not sure if they still do -

Badg3r - try Noxzema as a pre-shave too good for the warmer months, and I've made my own pre-shave oil from Jojoba, grape seed oil and coconut oil both work great

I don't have any experience with this...
I don't have any experience with this brand...BUT....I did look it up it's a "Brushless shaving cream" you'll never get it to lather. Doesn't mean it'll be bad though could be some really good stuff....
