Not sure about the scales yet, if the one wasn't crack I would of love to restore them, I've never made scales before , so I will either try my hand at scales or have the razor sent to...

Would you or anyone know if its stainless steel, for such a old razor there's really no sign of rust or patina on it?

The blade looks great and has a real nice weight to it. Should clean up nicely. Horn scales are shot...
