So pumice stone can't be talked about in grades...
So pumice stone can't be talked about in grades or grits since it is a stone right? So the pumice stone that is used on feet would be just as good as any other piece of pumice for use on a strop...

Thanks for the tips. What about getting the shallower nicks out? Is the best way just to sand 'em out? Would you sand them after the saddle soap cleaning?
