Have had 4 Livis,sold them all,the craftsmenship is just not right for me,Not bashing in any way,I just found them to be somewhat crude and clunky.

I stand corrected,First CNC Machine I ever saw was at H.P. mid 1960s.

CNC machining was not around in the mid 50s,Sorry

You see it nowhere as it is not cost effective,is no market to tool up for say 300 razors,to automate a factory to make razors would cost millions of Dollors.I go to several Machinery trade shows...

not true,the question was are they made by hand or stamped out,Machining is machining, be it done by hand or Computor.

Market is not worth the cost of tooling up to do it.

With todays CNC technology it would be very simple to make a perfect Blade in a matter of minutes.
