Paid the $10 still cannot list an item. There is no option to do it????

Thanks. Now, I paid my $10.00 but I see no way to list an item and upload a picture of it. I click on buy sell trade but all I can do is look at whats for sale. There is no option to list an item....

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to list a razor for sale and upload a picture of it. I click on the Buy Sell Trade but I can’t see how to list an item of my own.
