I'm really low maintenance. I just take a hand towel, dunk it in really hot water, ring it out a little bit, and then hold it up to my face & neck until it doesn't feel hot anymore! No microwaves...

I do something similar to Stubear. I normally take a hot shower, and sometimes (not always), I will put conditioner on my beard before getting out. This is just run-of-the-mill hair conditioner...
