I love honey. My favorite for tea, when I can find it, is orange blossom honey. It gives a bit of a citrusy flavor to the tea.

Just the rose petals with some orange blossom honey for a little sweetness. I've made it before using green or white tea. It wasn't bad, just not how Grandma made it.;)

No tea today, but on my day off Wednesday, I plan on making some rose tea the way my Grandmother made it. I have enough roses in bloom and a new sun tea jar. Can't wait.:)

I'm lazy. I just use the leftover syrup from a can of peaches.;)

As hot as its been around here, I'vebeen drinking nothing but iced tea. Sometimes with lemon, sometimes with peach syrup, but mostly with good old cane sugar.:)

I use the syrup from canned peaches to sweeten my iced tea.

Doesn't sound too bad to me, but then again, my grandmother would make fresh iced rose tea during the summer months. Very refreshing.
