Yeah it's a funny job but well worth the effort .i couldn't because of how this was done but if you can put the filler on the cardboard, drape the cloth over it and if you can wrap the material...

It's more like silk but the way it was put together was there's a backer of cardboard with some cotton between the material and the cardboard . This makes it puffy so it can press a bit on the razors...
