    I sort of figured that. I didnt want to hurt the mechanism. The doors dont come off though. I may just end up doing Dads Tech, if he's interested.

    Replating TTO razors....dissassemble first? or no?

    Hi folks,

    I'm looking at having my Dads and my razors replated. His is a 40's Tech, mine is a 50's SS. Can I just hand them the SS and have it plated as is? I know the plating is micros...
