Really nice Tom...scales look just right and I Love the NiAg washers and pins. This blade is really a classic Tom, and it was a lot of fun working on this project with you. We'll have to do it again...

I use everything... hand sanding, bench buffer and Dremel tools. The crocus finish is done by hand and then buffed out with a buffer. Every blade is different so I just go with the flow... :D

Thanks to all for the nice comments! It was a lot of fun to work on this blade...I love the W&B FBU's...especially the heavy near wedge blades like this one. They are such great shavers!
