I use PlastX clear plastic cleaner and restorer...
I use PlastX clear plastic cleaner and restorer and a slow (and I mean slow) buffer (mine fits on my drill so I can vary the speed easily).
Shines them up like new!!

I have the exact same razor. I'll post a few pics of mine for you to compare with. Mine was manufactured in the 1890's, and I got it in a lot of 7 other 1890's razors, so i believe manah is right...
