David, I made a sandwich earlier, with butter and a nice slice of ham, the bread was lovely, the sundried tomatoes and cheese are very nicely balanced, the texture of the bread is also excellent.

Mike, you can mix them all together before kneading, just replace the Parmesan with cheddar if you so wish.

Knocked this loaf out today, mature English cheddar with sun-dried tomatoes.

I bake twice a week, a nice plain white loaf.
