I have decided to restore this blade... I can do knife work all I need to know is about the scales, what fit this blade and where can i get some (elaborate please, if I do this I'll do this right)...

I just got this razor from an antique store and know nothing about it. I only bought it because I just fell in love with SR's and actually got this before a usable one lol. any help to what it is...
