Indeed these 'stacked' washers (couldn't give it another name...) are a one piece brass stamping. It's supported by a little thick washer in another metal (not brass).
These are indeed authentic.

A member here from SRP called 'Snuff' asked me to do a rescale on his Wade & Butcher he got from a friend. I agreed and payed him a visit (he doesn't live far from me). Very nice guy.
