    At the very least you save the wedge and washers....

    At the very least you save the wedge and washers. Those always come in handy at some point.

    Thats horn. I would chuck them and make some new...

    Thats horn. I would chuck them and make some new scales...but there are people on here that can give you a better idea of the work need to salvage them.
