Tweedale claims that Samuel Was mainly a silver...
Tweedale claims that Samuel Was mainly a silver fruit knife maker. Later with William as S & W Kirkby. They registered a silver trademark in 1821.

Very interesting post Zak, just goes to show you how difficult it can be to date these old razors, without provenance lot of guessing.
