India Steel, silver steel, magnetic, damascus were used as a marketing ploy. In this case seems like they want you to believed that its Wootz steel, but very unlikely.

Looks like ivory to me as well, I'm seeing the semi translucent on one of the pics. Not original I don't think, and that attempt at scrimshaw is awful JMHO.
Nevertheless a very nice blade.
