Don't underestimate the speed of the Turkish...
Don't underestimate the speed of the Turkish oilstones! A 5x3 one is faster than a classic 8x3" 8k Norton and many of them (Turkish oilstones) are quite finer. Bigger than 6-7" pieces are rare.
